Carnival Statement

July 5th 2018

Headway Arts and Blyth Town Council have worked hard to resolve their differences regarding the 2018 Carnival. Whilst we have not agreed on the many points raised we have agreed to disagree and will both move forward. We look forward to working together on future projects for our town.
