Feel Good Guide

Our Releasing Potential group will be sharing their Feel Good Guide on our Facebook page from 11.30am on Thursday 1st April 2021.

 

Releasing Potential invite you to join the live launch of Connecting Kindness and Creativity, live on the Headway Arts Facebook page (available to view without a FB account), on Thursday 1st April at 11.30am.

The launch event will include some music, poetry and the sharing of our arts and crafts and we will be talking you through our ‘Feel Good Guide’ and how it came about.

The free downloadable guide will be available to you straight after the event so that you can take part too.
